Refund Policy

CrownTech operates a No-Fix-No-Fee policy. If we are unable to repair your appliance, you do not pay for the visit. The 12-month written guarantee on completed repairs covers parts and labour.
Cancellations
You may cancel a booking up to 1 hour before the engineer's scheduled arrival without charge.
Refunds
If a fault recurs within the 12-month guarantee period and is related to the original repair, we will return free of charge — refund or replacement as applicable.
How to claim
Email sales@appliancesrepairlondon.com with your invoice number and a description of the issue. We respond within 1 working day.
