Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and CrownTech AC Repairs Ltd (Companies House № 15699176). By booking a repair, you agree to these terms.

Service

We provide appliance-repair services across West London. We carry parts on each engineer's van and stock genuine OEM components.

Pricing & quotes

We provide a fixed-price quote on-site before any work. The quote is valid for 7 days. Final invoices reflect the agreed quote unless additional work is approved.

Guarantee

Repairs are covered for 12 months from the date of completion. The guarantee covers the specific repair and parts fitted. Independent unrelated faults are not covered.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the repair. We carry £5m public-liability insurance.
